Legislative framework
To improve Georgia’s enabling environment for digital infrastructure development, expand Internet access, and build digital skills among citizens, Government of Georgia, executes the state internetisation program that envisages development of black hole and middle mile infrastructure in rural and high mountainous regions of the country.
