“I would like to thank all of the parties involved in the State Program, because despite all of the challenges brought to us by the pandemic, the construction of the pilot network is continuing without any delays and at accelerated pace, which means that up to 30,000 inhabitants of the region will soon have the opportunity to access e-health, e-education, e-commerce and other electronic services” - said Mariam Sulaberidze.

On the same day, the head of “Open Net” held another working meeting.  She met with one of the internet providers from the Guria region.

“company Airnet’s coverage area, covers significant part of the Guria region.  We met with the representatives of this company and discussed future cooperation plans.  I believe the realization of these plans, is linked to the successful implementation of the Universal Internetisation program, which, among others includes support from the State towards the private sector- in order to develop own network and deliver quality internet to the end-users” – Mariam Sulaberidze stated.
