LTD “Sis Business Service” will be performing the works for the 2nd pilot of the State Program for Universal Internetisation
During the electronic tender within the framework of State Procurement, LTD “Sis Business Service” presented the best bid among the four bidders and was announced as a winner. The corresponding contract between Open Net and the Winning Company was signed into effectiveness on August 18th.
According to the Open Net director Mariam Sulaberidze, the electronic tender announced for the design and build of the broadband infrastructure in the target Geographical area of Kobuleti was held in competitive Environment
“The state program for Internetization continues. We are launching the second pilot in the Kobuleti municipality and are actively working on the ensuing regions, throughout all of Georgia. It is important that the tender was done in a competitive atmosphere and we dully hope that the companies will once again be so active during the tenders for next regions as well”- said “Open Net” director.
Also according to her, “Sis Business Service” will build 50km fiber-optic infrastructure in 13 settlements of Kobuleti municipality, which means that further 11,000 residents will have opportunity to use high quality internet services.
“Sis Business Service” is a Georgian-Belorussian company, which has been operating in Georgia since 2004. The main directions of the company are construction of: Telecommunication networks, Information Technologies, utility networks, railway infrastructure and so on. “Sis Business Service” in partnership with Siemens has performed various projects in both in Georgia and abroad.
