RFP for procurement of Goods (ICT/IS) “DEVELOPMENT OF GEO INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) PLATFORM FOR SIP AND BROADBAND MAP PORTALS FOR GEORGIAN NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION”
N(N)LE Open Net is implementing the State program on the development of broadband, fiber-optic infrastructure in Georgia (Log-In Georgia Project), the goal of which is to increase access to the high-speed internet throughout Georgia.
Following this, N(N)LE Open Net is announcing a tender (a two-stage RFP selection process) for procurement of Goods (ICT/ IS) for “DEVELOPMENT OF GEO INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) PLATFORM FOR SIP AND BROADBAND MAP PORTALS FOR GEORGIAN NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION”.
Open Net NNLE invites eligible firms to participate in the RFP to provide the above Goods (ICT/ IS).
A firm will be selected in accordance with the procedure of the two-stage RFP (Model 1) set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrower dated July 2016 (the 5th Edition, September 2023). This is a request for first stage proposal submission for design, supply and installation of the above system with post-qualification approach. A financial proposal is not required and must not be presented at this stage.
The deadline for submission of the Proposal is December 12, 2024, end of the day.
