REOI for procurement of Goods (ICT/ IS) for “Operations and Business Support System (OSS-BSS), Network Analyzer, Optical Measurement Tools, Billing, ETC”
N(N)LE Open Net is implementing the State program on the development of broadband, fiber-optic infrastructure in Georgia (Log-In Georgia Project), the goal of which is to increase access to the high-speed internet throughout Georgia.
Following this, N(N)LE Open Net is announcing REOI for procurement of Goods (ICT/ IS) for “Operations and Business Support System (OSS-BSS), Network Analyzer, Optical Measurement Tools, Billing, ETC”.
Open Net NNLE invites eligible firms to express their interest in providing the above Goods (ICT/ IS).
In EOI an interested firm shall prove that it has been active in the BSS/OSS software market at least for the past 7 years and shall provide at least 5 years roadmap for the development of the solution. The roadmap shall include all required third-party software components. This includes open-source software used in the solution.
A firm shall submit documentation to prove past successful implementations of similar solutions (OSS/BSS) during the period starting from January 1st, 2018 to the present day. To prove such implementation, the Bidder is asked to provide an official letter(s) signed by an authorized representative of the organization where the Solution has been deployed and successfully implemented;
A financial proposal is not required and must not be presented at this stage.
A firm will be selected in accordance with the procedure of the two-stage RFP (Model 1) set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrower dated July 2016 (the 5th Edition, September 2023).
The deadline for submission of EOI is June 21, 2024, 17:30 (local time, GMT +4)
