REOI for Consultancy Services for “CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO DEVELOP BUSINESS MODEL FOR SUSTAINABILITY OF OPEN NET”

N(N)LE Open Net is implementing the state program on the development of broadband, fiber-optic infrastructure in Georgia (Log-In Georgia Project), the goal of which is to increase access to the high-speed internet throughout the whole country.

Following this, N(N)LE Open Net is announcing REOI for Consultancy Services (“Services”) for “CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO DEVELOP BUSINESS MODEL FOR SUSTAINABILITY OF OPEN NET”.

The purpose of the assignment is the preparation of the business model that will serve as a core strategy for the sustainability of Open Net.  The objective is to develop a detailed time-bound business plan for the Open Net Program covering a period of 5 years. The business plan is expected to account for financial as well as economic returns delivered by Open Net, as a state-aid program aimed at closing the digital divide in rural areas unviable for the private sector.

Duration of the assignment: 90 days

Open Net NNLE now invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in providing the above Services.

In EOI, the interested Consulting firms are expected to provide general but comprehensive information indicating that they could be qualified to perform the Services. At this stage, Consulting firms are not requested and must not present a financial proposal.

A Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrower dated July 2016 (the 5th Edition, September 2023). 

The deadline for submission of EOI is March 1st, 2024, 17:30 (local time, GMT +4)
