N(N)LE Open Net is announcing REOI for Annual Audit Services for Log-In Georgia Project
N(N)LE Open Net is implementing the state program on development of broadband, fiber-optic infrastructure in Georgia (Project Log-In Georgia), the goal of which is to increase access to the high-speed internet throughout the whole country.
N(N)LE Open Net is announcing REOI for Consultancy Services (“Services”) of “THE AUDIT OF THE LOG-IN GEORGIA PROJECT FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2022 AND FOR THE YEARS ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2023, 2024,2025”.
The objective of the audit of the project financial statements is to enable the auditor to express a professional opinion on the project’s financial position as at the end of December 31, 2022 (including period from December 28, 2020 to December 31, 2022) and, then, December 31 2023, 2024, 2025 and of the income and expenditure for the accounting period ending on December 31 of aforementioned years. The project’s books of account provide the basis for preparation of the financial statements and are established to reflect the financial transactions in respect of the project.
Open Net NNLE now invites eligible audit firms to express their interest in providing the above Services.
In EOI, the interested audit firms are expected to provide general but comprehensive information indicating that they could be qualified to perform the Services (general experience in the field and description of similar assignments, availability and general information of the key staff as required, etc.).
At this stage Consulting firms are not requested and must not present Financial proposal.
An audit firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrower dated July 2016 (revised on November 2017 and August 2018).
The deadline for submission of EOI is April 12, 2023, 17:30 (local time, GMT +4, Baku, Tbilisi, Yerevan)
