Engineer Consultancy Services for Civil Works of Fiber Optic infrastructure rollout (Samtredia-Chokhatauri and Kobuleti-Khelvachauri)
The Government of Georgia signed a Loan Agreement with the World Bank (WB) for the Log-In Georgia Project. The project aims to increase access to affordable broadband internet, and to promote its use by individuals and enterprises, in targeted rural settlements. Open Net is the Project Implementing Unit.
Within the framework of the Log-In Georgia project, Open Net is announcing Expression of Interest (EOI) for the “Engineer” consultancy services.
Objectives of this consultant assignment are to supervise civil works for the construction of fiber optic infrastructure in Samtredia-Chokhatauri (the details are available at the link in the Georgian Electronic - Government Procurement System (Ge-GP) : https://tenders.procurement.gov.ge/public/?go=445721&lang=ge ) and Kobuleti-Khelvachauri (the details are available at the link in the Ge-GP : https://tenders.procurement.gov.ge/public/?go=447002&lang=ge ) to ensure that the works are executed within contractual time and budget and comply with the approved design, specifications, environmental and social requirements and sound engineering practices.

Open Net NNLE now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the above services.
Interested firms are expected to express their interest by providing general but comprehensive information indicating that they could be qualified to perform the service (according to the TOR requirements). At this stage you are not requested and must not present Financial proposal.
A consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrower dated July 2016 (revised on November 2017 and August 2018).
