{"id":1500,"date":"2022-11-22T10:17:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-22T09:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/opennet.ge\/?p=1500"},"modified":"2025-10-12T20:54:58","modified_gmt":"2025-10-12T18:54:58","slug":"nnle-open-net-announces-the-reoi-for-oss-bss-consultancy-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/opennet.ge\/en\/read\/1500","title":{"rendered":"REOI for OSS\/BSS Consultancy Services"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>N(N)LE\u00a0OPEN NET is implementing the State program on development of broadband, fiber-optic infrastructure in Georgia (Project Log-In Georgia), the goal of which is to increase access to the high-speed internet throughout the whole country.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In accordance with this, N(N)LE Open Net is announcing the REOI for Consultancy Services (\u201cServices\u201d): \u201c<strong>TO PREPARE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR OSS\/BSS<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>N(N)LE Open Net aims to create OSS\/BSS, which helps simplify and automatize operation and business processes at N(N)LE Open Net, such as network operation systems, inventory systems, ticketing systems, CRM, and other software or hardware solutions.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Open Net NNLE now invites interested Consultants to provide comprehensive information\u00a0(CV with description of similar assignments and other documents) indicating that they could be qualified to perform the above assignment. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrower dated July 2016 (revised on November 2017 and August 2018).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Objective and Purpose of the Assignment<br \/><br \/>1. Identify appropriate technical\/hardware solutions needs for OSS\/BSS of the network to achieve the required project objectives while ensuring cost-efficiency; Identification of implementation approach for deployment;<br \/>2. Identify the implementation approach for the deployment of the systems.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/>The required qualifications for applying for the job are the following:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/><strong>Education:<\/strong><br \/>At least a Master&#8217;s degree in one of the following fields or related fields:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Telecommunications engineering;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Electrical and electronics engineering;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Engineering Management;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Work experience &amp; skills:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>At least 3 (three) years of international experience with similar types of assignments or consultancies (with regards to deliverables of the consultancy);<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>At least 7 (seven) years of experience in the electronic communications sector in providing consultancy\/advisory services or in network design and\/or operations;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Good knowledge of technology development and current market trends;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Awareness of cybersecurity and resilience aspects of telecommunications networks;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team and deliver outputs on time;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Excellent speaking and writing skills\u00a0in\u00a0English.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Duration of the assignment: 90 days.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Salary: 20,000-30,000$<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>More details of the Services shall be found in terms of Reference:\u00a0<em>please see the attached file.\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/opennet.ge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/TORforOSS-BSSConsultancy_f.pdf\">TOR for OSS-BSS Consultancy.pdf<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The deadline for electronic submission of a CV and other related information (in pdf format) for EOI is December 16, 2022, 17:30 (local time, GMT +4) to the mailing address\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:procurement@opennet.ge\">procurement@opennet.ge<\/a><\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>N(N)LE\u00a0OPEN NET is implementing the State program on development of broadband, fiber-optic infrastructure in Georgia (Project Log-In Georgia), the goal of which is to increase access to the high-speed internet throughout the whole country.
